    Mike,
I just wanted to thank you for the great job you did in my class Thursday in Hattiesburg, Even though it was longer than anticipated I felt like I had a much greater command of the material than reading on my own and certainly felt like my score probably significantly improved over the practice test result (it was 87.5%).

    Hi Mike,
I attended your class in Biloxi on June 17, 2014. From the moment I contacted you about the class, you were very helpful and professional. I had taken the class for the first time five years ago, and I honestly learned so much more this time. You did such a good job explaining the information where we could understand it, and you took the time to answer all of our questions. I have been able to retain and apply what I learned at my restaurant. I made a 93% on the exam!! Thank you so much.

Great class although I was there back in May. Sending all my managers here shortly. Hopefully will see you again in less than 5 years.

which staff is required to take the serve safe class. would it just be a manager that would post certificate on the wall. I understand the more the employees the better the establishment will be educated on food safety knowledge.

I guess my question would be what is required for a full service restaurant.
